It is pretty sad story, about how the founder of Friendster, i think the pioneer of all these social networking sites, got screwed by those pricks that do not know what is going on, but think that they got all sorted it out and it is precisely how it is going to work. As usual, like the sub-prime crisis, the pricks that did the damage, get away with it, and move on with their life, leaving a trail of destruction, and regret for the founder (poor guy ...)

It is very easy to spot such assholes. Usually, they come in, the moment they start, they talk, and draw, and talk, and start saying like, "You shld do this, you shld do that". If there is real work, they move off, and disappear, leaving the dirty work to others, taking no responsibility for their words. They are lazy, meaning usually when they talk, they did not do any homework first, and just want to babble lots of shit. Sometimes, they do it cause they want to feel important, or maybe they are just plain bored and needed something to do, or maybe they just like to tell others wat to do. Trash.

Recently, someone asked me, don't you feel demoralized when someone told that you cannot possibly create a virtual world that people like to play, cause you have no working experience, no money? Well, I told her no, I don't feel demoralized. She asked why, but I cannot seem to explain it properly to her, so I just told her, well, just need to move forward and ignore.

Normally when these people talk shit to me, it always goes like this

Prick: "Haha, yah right, have you even ever build a simple game. Well, let me tell you this, I worked in a blah blah company, for ten years, and I can tell you that you that building a virtual world is not easy, you simply cannot do it."

Me: "Well, I think it is possible, why not (bewildered look on face)"

Prick: "You don't know what you are getting into ... (smug look on face)"

Me: "Well ... (WTF look on face)"

At this moment, the fiery indicator in my head is 9/10. Not because I am demoralized. But because a low-life being with inferior genes, in human disguise, actually come to me and speak like he knows every goddamn thing. I mean it is like you are so inferior that you yourself don't even realise it. And plss, it will not improve with age or experience. It is ­genetics, either you have it, or you don't have. Do you seriously think that a cockroach can advance to speak human languages, if it tries hard enough everyday for the whole of its lifetime? Come on, it is a cockroach!! WTF, real damn irritant."If it is easy, then why not others do it, and if it is difficult, only big companies can do it, and if it is difficult and the big companies are not doing it, then it must not worth doing it, cause the big companies has all the money in the world, and they probably got it all figured out" If you are starting a company, and is wondering if you should start one, thinking along that above line, get that thought out of your mind. That statement is simply gibberish and is incomprehensible. All organisms lived in the water in the beginning. The first few organisms that is brave enough to try to live on land, discovered the untapped abundance of food and resources ... a paradise. If it is not difficult and weird, there will be no breakthroughs.

Today, Fresbo World is alive and kicking, averaging 600-800 peak concurrent users daily. The technology that I had built for Fresbo World, HADES, is so damn efficient, scalable, and easy to use, which if I open-source it, it can solve so many problems for others, especially those that wants to build room-based games. Programmers do not even need to know multithreading, socket programming at all. All is being encapsulated underlying HADES. They just need to concentrate on their application code. The CPU and memory usage when it hits real world traffic conditions of 1000 concurrent users, it is only 15%, less than 100 meg, on a quad-core xeon cheap-ass 200USD per month server. Just ask the users of Fresbo World, they know the best if we had done a good job in providing them with a good game world. Btw, it is done by 4 dudes with no prior working experiences and had never built a damn game before.

Right, this time, I am removing Vista from my newly bought Dell laptop, which is a total pain. Can Microsoft pricks please make my life better? I mean I already have no much control­ over what OS to use, so therefore, I just use Windows, and pay for it. But can you guys have
some conscience, like make the product better? Instead of releasing a new version, worse than before, just to earn another pile of gold? And
now, I have to remove Vista, so late in the night, cause it FREAKING CANNOT WORK PROPERLY AND IT PISSES ME OFF!! Yes, ohh and I forget to add, the company with lots of money and supposedly tons of talented geniuses, good job in pissing me off, thanks.
